I reached out to this business in several formats and this law firm did not respect me enough to respond in any type of way. To me this is unacceptable and VERY unprofessional! I was recommended this firm by someone and I will be sure to let them know how their recommendation landed. or crashed, I should say. I don’t know how you can claim to be a professional and not respond to emails or phone calls. I even did a follow up email, and they did not respond to this either. Customer service and the way you treat clients, does matter and in WNY especially there is a lot to your name. Half these reviews are from family friends and neighbors but my review is from an honest unbiased person that was shown ZERO respect. I’m a professional too and I can tell you that I would never flat out not respond in any way to someone in my work.
