Always, always, have the at fault insurance company fix your vehicle. Never involve your insurance company.
Jonny Walker 447 no. You don’t have to let them bully you.
Jonny Walker 447 most states require you take it to a body shop of your choice. The insurance company doesn’t have a choice of how much it costs.
That’s some shitty advice. I would never have the at fault party fix my vehicle. They will go the cheapest route
what about while claiming against at-fault party who doesnt have insurance?
I have a question
So u saying tell my own insurance not to do the subrogation in-order to have the money available for the DV claim. What happens if my insurance company disagree and how my insurance company will make their money if the money is not available from the at fault driver insurance.
What he’s saying is to hire his firm to assist. Why attempt to do it on your own with no history of insurance claim litigation?
This isn’t very good advice.. why would you pay your deductible, raise your rates and let the party at fault get off for your vehicle repairs.
Wouldn’t you want to be compensated for your vehicle losing value after a guy hits you? You’ll care when you try to sell your car or return your lease.
@Sean The Traveler From Google Maps! you file the DV claim against the other insurance company, not with your own.
